Family Support & Community Engagement Manager

Michelle oversees Family Support Services at Educare Chicago as well as the Head Start Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance (ERSEA) of children in the program and the eligibility of children participating in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), Prevention Initiative, and Preschool for All funding.

Prior to beginning her career at Start Early, she was in the market research field. Michelle has worked at Start Early for 16 years as an Administrative Supervisor and ERSEA/Child Care Administrator before transitioning to her current role. She has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and a master’s degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
